RHAENERYS BLACKFYRE
An interpretation of how Rhaenerys looks
Rhaenerys Blackfyre (pronounced Rey-near-res) is the lady of Neropos where she rules with her siblings Aeryxs Blackfyre (Air-reks-ease) and Saerenna Blackfyre (Sai-ren-nah).

She is currently unmarried or unmatched but the blackfyres in the past married their own siblings so she could marry Aeryxs. At the start of ACFaK she is 23.

Ameer Akhtar says this about Rhaenerys-"She wasn't originally in any books but she fought her way in and I have no doubt she will be a good addition. I know she will fight some more in A Dream of Crowns and Corpses, and keep in mind that the Blackfyres used to be former rulers of Cephri"

A WORD ON THE FANART
This art shows Rhaenerys in her full power. It is how I envisioned Rhae to look like.
RECENT EVENTS
A CROWN FOR A KING
Rhaenerys' life date has just recently passed by, Ignis worries that the more time they let her develop the more dangerous she will become. After seeing the ice comet one man theorised that it was a heralding from the Gods for Rhaenerys Blackfyre to take back the throne.

During the conversation with Lord Hightower Edmund remarked that the Lord's belief in bringing Rhaenerys Blackfyre back to Cephri by marriage was peculiar as she had not been mentioned prior. The Grand Maester Varlyn urged Ignis to convince Aeyron to put aside Joanna and marry Rhaenerys believing her to be a chosen one sent by the Gods.
A MATE FOR DARKNESS:SUN AND SNOW
Rhaenerys leads her army to the vaults of Neropos where they loot the vaults. While her men open the vaults, she goes off to the council building and burns her way through - leaving a token of her appearance at the council table. After her statement, Rhae meets her family on their dragons in the middle of the sky. Rhae appears at Sifos, meeting Loraq who lets her into her estate. Loraq and Rhaenerys debate about the position of war while her family go out and investigate the city and the Legionnaire army. Rhaenerys meets with Caravious D'jem, the overseer of the Legionnaire army, he shows her the Legionnaire army in all their glory. She is appalled by their conditions, and torture, and slavery so she takes Caravious's translator and promises to free her if she wants. Rhae takes a trip to Sifos's reservoir with Ser Daniel and Ser Leonard, she's harassed by their guide and vows that when she takes Cephri no one will dare treat her that way. Rhae goes back to Caravious D'jem with her gold from Neropos to which Caravious says it will not be enough; Rhae exchanges her dragon for the army and D'jem quickly agrees. Dominerai doesn't come down to Caravious while Rhae calls the Legionnaire army to strike out against their masters and to free the slaves; when D'jem realises what happens he demands the army stop but he is not their leader. Dominerai burns Caravious on Rhae's commands and Aeryxs and Saerenna Blackfyre burn down the facility with their dragons.

Rhae and her army approach Oswen and are stopped by some Osweni who keep a watchful eye over them. Rhae walks around the city, looking for any reason to dismantle its system. Ser Daniel comes back to her, telling her that a revolutionary group called Fightback met with him - he talks her back to them and they discuss with Rhaenerys. Fightback tell Rhae that they need her help in totalling the city, they have plans but not enough supporters to cause an attack, Rhae promises to help them. At her camp outside Oswen Rhae sees her new Chief Militant and leader of the Legionnaire army, the Legionnaire that Rhae names Alpha. Rhae has Alpha take his army and meet up with Fightback, when the night comes they have successfully taken the city.

The army arrive at Aswen who has predicted her appearance, they have sellswords camped outside their walls to stop Rhae. Rhae meets with the captains of the sellsword companies. None of them look to join Rhaenerys but later T'wak Kaga(the leader of The Broken Standard) meets with Rhae and tells her the sellswords will join her, but they need the two other captains to be killed. He needs a distraction so Rhae has Ser Leonard fight the Asweni champion. After the duel T'wak comes back with the captains' heads and she lets him lead the sellswords and her army into the sewers and into Aswen. While they wait, Rhae and Takumi discuss Cephri and Rhae's fears that Cephri will reject her.

Rhae is now the ruler of Aswen. She debates on where she should make her first appearance as Queen, and Saerenna and her speak about Cephri. Sae doesn't show much ambition towards Cephri but will follow her sister. It's been a week now, and she hasn't decided where to go. It's making her lose more support, with villains poisoning her wells. She takes some time to cool off and speaks to Ser Leonard about Cephri, she then goes to T'wak to ask of his opinion on where she should appear - but he only has her in mind and she brands him as useless. She asks Daniel and he says to go to the Fighting Pits. Rhae's council are interrupted when Maester Colon makes his appearance, wanting to join Rhae.

Rhae appears at the Fighting Pits for the first time. The pits applaud her appearance and they watch over the fights. Rhae is disgusted when she finds out the gladiators fight to the death. She is further provoked when T'wak Kaga appears and tells her that the fighters need to enslave themselves to fight. At the end of it, Rhae is appalled when the Asweni nobility come to her and throws petals on her and her council - she's surprised at their two-face nature. She rests at her chambers in the palace and denies T'wak when he comes on her, he questions what she wants and she says "Cephri".

Rhae oversees the complaints of her citizens today; someone from Oswen comes to tell her that it's in a civil war and a plague has ravaged its parts. She sees a recently-unemployed ex-slave who wishes to be sold to his master as he has lost his line of living, his master doesn't want to pay his wages. Rhae doesn't help him, it is a matter that is to be decided with his 'master' and him. A woman comes with complaints that her dragon, Dominerai, has been killing her livestock and nearly burnt a man. Rhae takes a break from the council and Maester Colon speaks with her, discussing magic, her dragons and Ser Samuel Royce. A gathering of freemen emerge in the plaza outside of the palace, Rhae suspects it's a false narrative by the Asweni nobles. She confronts them and answers their questions and dismisses them. After the plaza she takes some respite with Ser Leonard, asking her about how her family were viewed in Cephri. They are interrupted when Takumi informs them of a terrorist attack co-ordinated by the Asweni nobles, and Rhae follows. They happen upon the scene of dead terrorists, civilians and a man; they find out the man defeated and killed the terrorists, although Rhae realises murder is punishable by death. The trial of the man, named N'kitah, happens and they decide to execute him according to the law, but give him a noble death by beheading. The Asweni commoners are enraged by this decision and hiss at Rhae, while the upper class shake hands. The terrorists strike when N'kitah is executed, killing the commoners, while the Legionnaire army race down to stop them. Rhaenerys's dragon at once comes down and Rhae gets on and burns her enemies, who cower and run away in fear. She rides to the top of her palace and remains there as the vigilante of the city.

Twak Kaga scolds Rhaenerys for putting the man on trial and for leaving Cephri alone when T'wak literally has someone there, waiting for her. Rhae has felt that she's lost the city. Priests of the Red God wait for Rhae and when she meets them they assure her that she is Sheer Haert, although she is skeptical, she takes a decoction from them that opens the mind. At her bed, she stays and goes unconscious as she receives visions of varying degrees.
